Did anybody see him on Larry King Live?? I missed it by an hour. Supposedly he was supposed to perform 'Fragile' as a tribute to the victims of Sept. 11th. By the way, for you AOL users, Sting is "Artist of the Day." The live version of 'Fragile' from Tuscany can be viewed using AOL media player. It opens automatically. Hello all, Sting did perform Fragile on Larry King as advertised. He also spoke a little before he sang. About Sept. 11th and the concert in Tuscany. Larry King must really like Sting a lot ... he always seems to really build him up calling him one of the great musicians (which we all know is true) to which Sting laughed and then began Fragile. Sparse band was there with him in LA (Dominic, the bass player from Tuscany, and someone who I could not see very well playing the bongos or some sort of small drum). Anyway, now it is on to watching the next thing on the Sting TV schedule, the Billboard Awards (get those VCRs ready!). In a related note, I saw on Sting.com that the performance Friday at the Today show will be inside and not on the plaza and that he will also be appearing on Monday Night Football (interview, no mention of performance) on Dec 17th. These TV promos for the album keep on getting more strange. I have not clue why he would be on Monday Night Football! Bye!
