Time to weigh in.... It's nice to see some actual discussion about all of the boys from the band. And so passionate! I'm the little east coast Canadian girl that saw Sting (and almost walked into him in a museum -- but that is another story) play in July 2000. My one & only chance thus far, although I would have dearly loved to see the Synchronicity tour. My mom would never have gone for that, as the nearest concert was a mere 12 hour drive away :-( Needless to say, I found the comments about working to get to HOF or other events rather ridiculous. It took great planning on my part (i.e. having to book vacation time 5 months before the concert date was even announced & hoping to get lucky picking the correct week) and a certain amount of luck just to get to Toronto for the concert. Not to mention expense. I will say that it was well worth it, on all aforementioned accounts. Best concert that I've ever attended & very moving for a "real" fan such as myself. I'd still kill to see the Police. They were, after all, my first love, before Sting struck out on his own. What is a fan to do? Hoping for a miracle -- one full-scale concert with a good sampling of their material. If they play NYC, I'll be there. Anne
