Hi! All of these VIP and Party Package bother me since I thought that as a Fan Club member we would get access to great seats without having to pay more than face value. I did get in the 8th row through the fan club for the Tower in Philly in March, but could not get in the front section (Section 1) for the show in Nashville in September. I was told by Tina that the best seats available for Nashville through the fan club presale were in row E of Section 1 (the 5th row). Section 1 never showed up as being available when I was logged on to the presale. I ended up going through Ticketmaster and got row H (8th row) of Section 1. These packages are another way for Clear Channel to legally make more than the face value off of the tickets. I did notice that no prices were given for the packages. I think that the classier thing would be for these packages be sold and the proceeds go to the Rainforest Foundation or something else worthwhile. It also bothers me that there have been no opportunities for fun club members to participate in the meet and greets that went on during the first leg of the tour. If he is doing them anyway, what would it hurt for a few random fan club members to be chosen to be able to attend as well. Check out the new info on Sting.com about the "party packages" with seats in the first 20 rows for a few shows with more to come. Sold directly from the venue (Clear Channel owned in the US!)

THAT'S where all the great seats that were supposed to be available through the fan club presale went!!
