i think we 'll have some surprises....that's a Sting stile...then after such long time ...they can find some precious new sound....u know we are talking about GENIUS !!!! ----Messaggio originale---- Da: dlucky711@yahoo.com Data: 2-feb-2007 5.56 PM A: <police@mailman. xmission.com> Ogg: [Police] setlist I have to say as someone who has seen the Police back in the day I am certainly very pumped for a reunion. A tour is almost unbelievably exciting..my friends are calling and speculating about setlists etc. While I am excited I would predict a Synchronicity tour era set list. And I have to say that I will still absoloutely be pumped to see them, but for you collectors out there ..I find listening to the different Synchronicity era concerts my least favorite. They are all almost the same show and just not as exciting as any of the earlier tours. My favorite tour era has to be the Zenyatta era although I didnt see them then..ugh. But the shows from that era sound great in my opnion. What do you all think? And dont get me wrong..I am super pumped up to see a Police reunion and feeling the stress myself...how many shows, travel, money etc. etc. David _______________________________________________ Police mailing list Police@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi- bin/mailman/listinfo/police
Man are there a lot of messages to catch up on! I swear, there's been more list activity in the past 2 days than there was in all of 2006! I haven't seen anyone mention it so I have to put in my 2 cents - I really hope the play Bring on the Night. Over the year's that's come out as one of my all time favorites. I just love Andy's guitar opening on that. I think it would be doubly awesome to hear it performed at an outdoor stadium, it just seems to fit. By the way, I think most of us know where all of the regulars are from, but with all of the new names popping up, how about adding where you're from so we get an idea? Only if you want to, of course.
