Hey Dude (or anyone else out there), Thanks for the info. Have you found out where it's available yet? A little bird (or an obnoxious mother-in-law) told me I'm getting a DVD player for Christmas and I need to be prepared don't I? Thanks, Michelle In a message dated 12/10/01 10:40:57 AM, SOMEDUDE20@aol.com writes:
Hello list,
I was going through the current issue of Blender and found this:
The Police: Outlandos to Synchronicities: A history of the Police Live! They gave it four stars and said, " A 1995 doc on a great rock trio with a Behind the Music-style ego problems. But when it delivers its fantastic live footage, including their first performance of "Message in a Bottle," all ego is forgiven."
I know this came out when the live albums did. But it seems as thought its now on DVD. I wonder if there are any extras on it?
Also in Blender the talk with director Kevin Smith (he is the guy who wrote
Clerks, Dogma, Mallrats, ect..). He says, Sting, The Soul Cages "My all-time
favorite album, hands down. I've listened to it more than I've ever listened
to anything else. The genesis in many ways of the film Dogma, particularly
the song 'All This Time,' which wraps up with Sting saying 'Men go crazy in congregations/But they only get better one by one'." I never would have thought him to be a Sting fan. Anyway, hope you enjoy, The Dude
