Angeline- One thing you might try is calling whatever venue it is directly and getting the tickets through their box office. Each venue should have certain seats set aside for various groups - wheelchairs, the deaf, etc. -Tim

How fitting that they have the same annoying "hold" music as NTL/TeleWest/Virgin.... Angeline
