RE: [Police] "Every Car You Chase"
That is brilliant. It really works. Reminds me of the Nickelcrap "How You Remind Me/Someday" mix: http://www.thewebshite.net/nickelback.htm -----Original Message----- From: police-bounces+f.berthelot=ramsa.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:police-bounces+f.berthelot=ramsa.com@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Chris Babcock Sent: Monday, May 21, 2007 9:25 AM To: Police Mailing list Subject: [Police] "Every Car You Chase" Something I stumbled across the other day on You Tube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltKyaedTDUU It's a "mash up" of EBYT and that Snow Patrol song Chasing Cars. Actually works fairly well together, I think. Of course if it was any other Police song I'd probably hate it, but EBYT (for me, anyhow) can always use some new versions, etc. For the last 10 years, it's been the only Police song this one station in town would ever play, and most of the others only played Every Little Thing She Does besides. That's the best side effect of this tour, it seems like every time I turn on the radio lately I hear a different Police song! (To be fair, I do have my car stereo stations programmed in order of how often they would play The Police.) Anyhow, I'd be interested to hear if everyone else likes it or hates it or whatever. hmmmmm... visually nice, sounds great, and although I don't think the songs are communicating the same thing, it's still gets a 4 out of 5 stars from me! Ross Viner <ross@rossviner.com> wrote: It's a "car tune". Heh hehe hehe.
