Hey guys! I posted some pix from the show on facebook, photos 31 ­ 43 are of the Police and the rest are of me and my friends in Toronto, plus 2 guys who came from Ottawa to see the show as well as my friend Greg who is a professional musician... http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=38636&l=205f7&id=715615057 It was great to see the Police and be that close! The highlight for me was definitely ELTSDIM, it¹s my favorite song anyway, and they just did it as close to the original as any song they did... my friend Greg was a little more disappointed than I was that several songs were in a lower key and that Sting did not put more energy into them... but I¹ve seen Sting a bunch of times and from reading the list, I knew better what to expect so I wasn¹t terribly disappointed! With that being said, I thought World Running Down was particularly lacking in energy... Roxanne was slightly less ³Stingified² so I thought that was great, and Can¹t Stand Losing You was awesome, and King of Pain also was wonderful... So Lonely is my 2nd favorite song and it was sort of ruined by how Sting sang the chorus... and we all thought Next To You was a very strange choice for last encore, but overall, an amazing experience!
