I read in a UK paper (The Daily Mail) that she was there, and could be seen watching the show from inside the villa. In a bigger sense, we need to remember that Trudie is not just "Sting's wife," she's also an actress, a film producer, the co-founder of the Rainforest Foundation, and a very busy and talented person in her own right. She is a modern woman: there's no need for her to always be 4 steps away from her husband. Just my 2 cents.
