I noticed recently that a high percentage of people subscribed to this mailing list were not receiving emails due to the "bounce processing" the Mailman software has. Because of the age of this list, it is inevitable that people are going have their email bounce from time to time. So I have gone through the entire list and turned on email for anyone who had it shut off automatically due to a bounce.
