OK, at the risk of inciting more poorly spelled responses.... I have to add that I really enjoyed the young African American kid. You gotta love the kid when he began his segment by saying something like "There aren't very many 18 year old, black, heterosexual males who will admit to liking Sting's music..." I also felt so badly for him when he talked about spending $75 on a Sting ticket, and you could just tell it was a ton of money for him! What I spend on concert tickets (Sting as well as others) is equal to the gross national product of some small countries. But I have a decent paying job and my own credit cards. For an 18 year old to spend $75 (and those aren't even the best seats) is a nice compliment for Sting. Makes me want to adopt him (Andre, not Sting...though that's not a bad idea either). And.....he talked about his father being a preacher. I think it was Baptist, of which I have 18 years experience. He said that his father told him that his obsession with Sting almost borders on a sin (that's not the word he used, but it was close). I know where he's coming from. At one point in my junior year of high school, my mother made me take down all my Sting/Police pictures/posters because she said I was putting "idols before God." I think it was the picture of Sting in his evil Feyd triangle bikini bottoms that pushed her over the edge. Maggie
