I have a few humble words of advice for everyone...ignore the trolls. A troll's sole purpose on any message board or mailing list is to incite discourse--nothing else. Some simple signs are: immediate negativity from the first appearance, anonymity, and the apparent inability to carry-on a civilized conversation in a positive manner. Thanks.
