Well I guess from this statement that he truely did not mean what he said to the press over here in the US about not saying anything about the US Presidential Race since he was a British citizen. This came up in an interview question about the "Vote for Change" tour. I guess he figures if he says this in Europe no one will pick up on it. I have never agreed with Sting politically as far as his choice in our presidents go, so I guess it will just stack up as one of the few problems that I have with him. Still love his music though... Already since the Soul Cages tour, Sting expressed his disgust for father Bush, now the son ... In fact, Sting is speaking for a large part of the European population who would rather see Bush go .... he has been the most unpopular president in Europe's eyes since Nixon I believe ... the Pax Americana simply is not "our cup of tea" anymore ... despite the great efforts the USA had undertaken in the past to maintain democracy alive in Europe. Everything is better that Bush ... even Kerry.
