Actually, all I've heard is the mini clips from a handful of songs that were available online a few weeks ago, but that was all I could take.and I still haven't been able to get through that darn lute album either. I guess I will have to get the new CD just because I feel obligated to do so.not obligated to Sting, but to the completeness of my collection! The man is killing me. I need new music from him.I need songs that he has written, not other peoples' stuff! I pre-ordered mine from cdwow.com and got a discount, so I only paid £7 - and it arrived on my doorstep a day after the official release. It's not my favourite album, but I don't think it's as bad as some here seem to think. I like the mood of the album (if not always his voice), and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that "Lo How A Rose E'er Blooming" is the English version of one of my favourite Christmas songs in Danish :-D That said, I sure hope we will see a fresh pop/rock album soon, especially after having watched the Quebec DVD from this summer - seing him on his toes with a kick-ass trio again (Miller/Freese/Sancious) brought back fond memories of the TST tour.
