Have no fear, Mr. Viner... It's because the main audio mix of the DVD is in 5.1. If you are lucky enough to have that kind of a setup, the backing vocals do indeed play. I, unfortunately, do not have a 5.1... but if you switch the audio to Dolby 2.0, you will get the backing vocals as we have been accustomed to for so long. Unfortunately, the only drawback to that is a noticeable decrease in audio quality, compared to the "cleanliness" of the 5.1 mix. See you in Vancouver! Back from a several year hiatus... Steve
