Does anybody know of the A & E broadcast is just going to be the DVD, or is there anything special about it? The A & E broadcast seems to be three hours (with commercials). I wonder if I'm wasting my time recording it if the DVD will be identical. picked up my copy this morning of ATT. I have to confess I'm annoyed with the fact that we miss out on tracks for being in North American. Oh well. Pisses me off. Please note, effective immediately, please change my e-mail address from "rossviner@home.com" to "rossviner@shaw.ca" Thanks.
Judging from the A&E website, it looks like there's going to be quite a bit of unique material in the broadcast: "The special will include footage from the concert and will provide viewers an intimate look at Sting in rehearsals, in the studio and onstage. Sting brought the Brand New Day tour back to the same studio in Italy where the songs were originally produced. Timothy White, renowned Editor in Chief of Billboard magazine, and a film crew documented Sting reinventing and reconstructing his hits with new arrangements. They had unlimited access to Sting, and White, a longtime friend to Sting, inspired the artist to reveal much about himself and his work that no one has ever heard before." I called A&E to ask if this special would be available on DVD, as many of their other programs are, and the lady on the line even asked her superiors, but she said they didn't have the rights to sell the program. Get your recorders ready!

Is there anyone willing to record this show for me??? As I live in Sweden it's pretty damn difficult for me ;-). I will ofcourse pay for the expences. I would really like it if it was a stereo recording. My VCR is able to playback NTSC tapes so that won't be a problem. Cheers and thanks in advance, Patrik
