Hey all, I am really sad to see yet another list member leave (Clarissa see you soon i hope!). I have been a member since the first day i have found the list five years ago and back then we had a few more influencial list members who have left for the same reasons (ex: Wendy and Dave, ...). Actually they started a new list that i am not aware of anymore, but was invited though i refused because i still beleive in this one still. I still hope people will be able to discuss freely of their opinions without having to be bombarded by others in a shameful way. Personally, i have my own opinion about Sting, Andy and Stewart for that matter. I still haven`t bought Sting`s album yet for a reason, but will comearound to buying it soon, though i think he takes his fans a bit for granted. I think he is really not reinventing himself much by rearranging his songs every year with a new band everytime. To me it`s called making the quota. I have been a Sting fan since i bought my own first vinyl copies of The Police when i was just 12 years old. But i think he is making himself grow old in his music and putting any sort of life into since i would say Soul Cages and that tour. However, we kind of missed Stewart in action for all those years he needed to be stimulated to comeback in the rock platform and luckily guys like Trey and Les see the musician for what he is. You can say anything about Stewart, but what makes him special in any music he plays, whether it be Sting or something else he brings the music alive and brings out the best out of the other musicians, especialy Sting andhis music. Songs like EBYT and others don`t seem that fad and plain when he plays them and challenges our Sting abit more. That is what terrence and probably others were trying to explain and were feeling nowadays. So seeing Stewart play is quite new and impressive to see in this challenging new band, which i think is quite fresh and fun to hear. p.s: I did not mention Andy because he has been doing it well for quite awhile now.
