Hey everyone! I went to see Sting in Montreal this past monday and let me tell you that it was fantastic!! The seats, the sound and the view were great. Sting was in shape and spoke alot between songs and joked in french with Dominic who seems to know more french than Sting. It was fun seeing Sting playing upright bass again like in the old days ... I missed that. He played a fair set, maybe too much Sacred love songs for my taste. Nonetheless, excellent! Chris Botti ... What can i say , him his band were playing with their heart. Chris really apreciated the punctuality and attention of the crowd, listening and paying attention to everything. I had a nice first level balcony view, which is not too bad considering that the tickets went away quite fast. Last but not least, i won tickets for the concert for july 13 at the Bell centre with Annie Lennox, when i responded to a contest by email thrown in by my local TV network station Global TV. They replied very quickly. Sorry i missed you Tara and Bruce at the concert, maybe for the july concert then... Cheerios and rice crispies!
