There was a fabulous Elton John Special from 1997 with a cast of zillions (!) on BBC America this evening, and about 3/4 of the way through, Sting came up and did his cover of Elton's "Come Down In Time", which is my all-time favorite cover by anyone anywhere! The show repeats at 1AM Eastern time. My daughter taped it for me, so I may be able to get copies to anyone who needs it if her tape comes out okay. Enjoy! Holly
Also, for those that are interested, there is an official Brazilian DVD release of this Elton John special called "Elton John & Bernie Taupin - Two Rooms - Celebrating the Songs". Other performers include Eric Clapton, Phil Collins, Roger Daltrey, Sinead O'Connor, Axl Rose, Tina Turner, and Neil Young.
