Really? Here's an unscientific survey. Is "Send Your Love" receiving a lot of air time in your city? I live in the Tampa, Florida area of the U.S. and have yet tohear this song on the radio, though admittedly, the stations here are not cutting edge. Maybe the song is a hit in Europe but a dud in the U.S.?
