Hi, gang. I ran across something interesting just now. In the tv show LOST, there is a musician among the stranded. He is/was a member of the fictional band DRIVESHAFT. I have seen that there is a website for the fictional airlines ( www.oceanic-air.com ) so I did a Google search for LYRICS "driveshaft" and I got the following link... http://www.driveshaftband.com/driveSHAFTHistory2.htm Partway down the page, there is a line that reads... "The British Press were quick to dismiss them as the bastard child of Pearl Jam and REM, which really pissed the band off, as they preferred to be known as the mutant offspring of The Police and The Pixies.
