If you can catch the clip show on MTV2 or VH1Classic, they show the entire EBYT. The one-hour clip show is running on those two channels at various times. I recognized Josh on drums and Dominic of course, but who was on guitar? And of course, they will surely market a box set DVD of the whole thing, so if you don't get these channels. son't worry! The most amazing part of the whole thing for me was the woman who was saved as an infant -- Geldof described her as being 10 minutes from death -- and is now a gorgeous 20-year-old agricultural studies student. I sobbed like a baby, and I still tear up every time I think of it (like now, for instance!). If you haven't signed the petition yet, just watch that clip and then try to keep yourself from signing! Have a great week, everyone -- I leave for 3 days of vacation tomorrow! Holly
I sat up and watched most of it - it was an overnight job down here in Australia. I went to bed about 4am quite happy with what I had seen, only to be awoken around 7:00am by my kids telling me Sting was on TV. And guess what... I really couldn't be bothered getting out of bed to see the same numbers that I have seen too many times to remember. Now if he had of had two other musos, namely S Copeland and A Summers playing under the guise of the Police, then I would have been out of bed and rocking! Sorry but I think Sting has become boring!!

Let the record show that I thought 'driven to tears' sounded pretty good...although it could have sounded better with different personnel! Rich --- Claudio De Marco <cdemarco@sion.com> wrote:

I agree same boring show, same songs, with that kipper and miller who is highly overrated as an electric guitar player ( especially with this broken tour) would have been better with stewart and andy but alas sting is just too egocentric foxie <forfoxie@yahoo.com> wrote:Let the record show that I thought 'driven to tears' sounded pretty good...although it could have sounded better with different personnel! From the Official Sting News:
"Also, providing keyboards during the set was Kipper whose hair has still not recovered from his charity shaving and so, may not have been recognized by some fans." joerg. _______________________________________________ Police mailing list Police@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/police "Man that is what I called a colored man" ........The Incredible Hulk --------------------------------- Yahoo!
