I can't say I've been following this thread religiously so I may be repeating, but I've always loved Sting's version of Someone to Watch Over Me fromt the Englishman in New York single.
After that it's probably When We Dance from the B-side of This Cowboy Song.
Actually, any of what I call Sting's "Gershwin-esque" style songs are among my favorites: Someone to Watch Over Me, Angel Eyes, Nice Work If You Can Get It, Lonesome Old Town, Come Down In Time, etc.. If he put out a full album of that I don't think I could ever stop listening to it.
