Actually I am pretty sure that Luis did send the virus. I deleted his message before it opened and I didnt get teh virus (thanks whoever posted that warning, i could kiss you <smack>). We arent blaming Luis. Virus' spread without the user knowing it. The email from him that I recieved DID have an attachment. I got rid of it and havent had a problem and am not receiving weird emails.
