I must vehemently disagree with you regarding 'Flexible Strategies'!!!  That is an excellent tune!!  Very funky with those horns in the background!!  I would offer that 'Shambelle' is perhaps the song that qualifies as their worst, but I stand by my first assertion that there is no bad Police track.
