Oh, so happy for you, Scott! I'll be keeping you in my thoughts during the sales tomorrow. I'm right there with you battling the demons in Houston. Wish I had a quarter of your persistence, I'm ready to just cut my losses on Houston to avoid another stressful day like yesterday.
