There has been set-up in the parking lot of the Mayan theater in downtown LA for the past two days for the taping of something for Sting.  I was told by one of the staff at the Mayan the taping would be today (Wed) or tomorrow.  The problem is the Mayan is in a area where there aren't many people walking around so you stand out if you hang around.  Did anyone on this list get an invite to this event?  I've tried all my avenues and am lost.  The only people I know of who are getting in are those who won them from STAR 98.7 radio (probably not even true fans).  I would have thought sting.com would have given away some passes for this event but apparantly the radio station knows better who the TRUE fans are.
