I've got it on tape. Sting and Andy were not in the band.
Jools was, and (I think) other Squeeze members were as well.
A humorous moment in the segment shows Stewart physically ripping the drummer from behind the drumset and tossing him aside as Stewart takes the reigns and shows him how it's done.
If you'd like to see this, DON'T buy the DVD set. When the complete Young Ones episodes were released in a DVD set, (at least here in the States) the musical break with Stewart was removed from that particular episode.
