<RESEND ...ORIGINAL SEEMS LOST SOMEWHERE>
Sorry for lurking in the background (for about 8+ or so years :-)
Does anyone remember the Police Rarity Tapes that were put together years ago ? I still have them and they take pride of place in my music collection. (Well, the copies I made do. The originals may have been played 2 or three times for the sole purpose of making day to day playable copies while trying to retain the integrity of the 1st copies I have))
I have an iMac with CD-R and am interested in burning the rarity tapes into Rarity CD's. Unfortunately, the imac has a mic level input and every audio device I can find has Line level output.
If someone has information on importing Line level into iMac's that they could share with me, I would love to resurrect the Rarity Project and make a more permanent archive.
also does anyone know if Mark Grieshaber is still around ? He's the guy who made my copies of the tapes and sent them to me. (Don't know how I remembered his name after all these years !)
