Must disagree with you. Although Sting changes his style, his unique songwriting stamp is clearly there no matter what album. Sometimes an artiste can challenge an audience into opening their eyes and ears to new music. Without that challenge, an artist will quickly fall off the map from being dubbed "sounds the same/ boring". After years listening to the Police, The Dream of the Blue Turtles was a shock to my system initially, I did not like it, and I am so happy I gave that style of music a chance which opened my ears to musicians like Branford Marsalis and Kenny Kirkland.
