that was joke foxie,, andy knew what key it was in, they were just playing up on the "quarrel theme" of the rehearsals established during the interview fun.
although i would say that of the three; andy's facility is less than the other two. he is the better musician of the three, but he plays the police material with less conviction than he has in the past. which i believe is not due to mental facility as much as it has to due with his physical stamina and chi. he may need some yoga! know anyone who might be able to help him with that?
also his new plectrum is causing his phrasing to be slightly different than early police days, changing plectrums usually causes the player to commit more attention to their picking technique and this can make it more difficult to hit the notes with the same kind of authority.
