Hey guys!
I really enjoyed reading Paula's comments. They
expressed my feelings really well re: going to see your favorite band multiple
times.
The irony of this discussion (for me) is that one of my
best friends told Kevin (my better half for those who have not met us) just
yesterday that we were spending too much $$ going to concerts (behind my back I
might add). She knows better than to tell me this ;-)
It's so great to have a group of people who "get" why this
is so worth it. So, in essence, this is a one-time opportunity for
us. Do what you budget allows & follow your heart. I still
cannot believe that I've even seen my favorite band once, let alone 3
times. When this is all done, we'll be left with beautiful
memories.
My thoughts for now & back to lurking,

P.S. There is definitely hope for the next generation
coming up. I was buying The Specials Greatest Hits last night. The clerk
was just a baby (17ish) and was really impressed with my choice of
purchase. I was like, "Oh yeah, one of our friends saw them live in the
"80s at the Police picnic in TO" (lucky bugger that Jock Murray).
The kids are allright ;-)
