I just arrived home from a short holiday and am pleased to see some life in this list! I never understood why people told people which topics could be mentioned on this mailing list and which ones couldn't.

The USA want to be a World POLICE. So for a POLICE mailing list mentioning the Chief of the World Police is within the rules...
