[Police] French translation needed

Hi in my effort to get all the POLICE photos in chronological order I need some translation help from France. There was an article in the magazine BEST 183 in October 1983 with photos of Stewart taken in a hotel in Paris. The text just gives one hint for the date these photos were taken. "Feu à volonte, "Synchronicity", le cinquième LP de Police est en vente depuis le mois de juin, quelques semaines plus tard, il est déjà maître des ondes." Does that mean that "Synchronicity" came out in the middle of June and that the interview / photos were made a few weeks later? thanks Dietmar
