This kind of crap behavior is what got me in a fight with Classmates.com. Even though I had turned off autorenew, they still kept charging my card until I changed the card number. Why any organization or business thinks that this type of underhanded behavior makes their customers happy is beyond me. If I did this type of crap to my customers without their consent, they'd boil me alive. I tried to turn off the renewal, but everything it says after that point is geared towards making you think you're canceling your account altogether. mark george wrote:

The instructions for changing this include "cacelling" your membership. I'll do this before Feb 2008 (unless they are still on tour and you get another chance at passcodes for tickets).
