Nope, he's not joking. Miles set it up. Stew actually had forgotten he agreed to do it in theory and was surprised when he got an email from Miles saying "Rehearsal is Friday."

 

Stew wrote some info about the show on Ian's message board. Sounds like he had a blast doing it!

 

There is audio (and perhaps video) of the performances on the net, but I haven't had time today to listen.
