I've got to believe it'd be big. I can't imagine that all the people that go to Sting solo concerts these days are there due to his recent music. There's that hope of hearing a glimpse of what we don't have anymore (well that's my reason for being there anyway). I wouldn't think they'd play sting solo music. I can't imagine that Stewart and Andy would be supporting that unless, of course, that's part of the bass player's deal to go on tour. I don't know that I'd want to hear them doing sting solo stuff anyway. Maybe they should cover some early Fiction Plane (actually the Santa's Boyfriend) material. That'd be OK with me!

I really wonder at this point how big a deal a Police
re-union deal would really be. To me it would be huge
of course. But to the general public I wonder if at
this point a lot of the enthusiasm has been dampened
over time. I mean I cant believe how little coverage
the Police renunion for the HOF gig got. I live here
in the NY area and the radio stations were not buzzing
about it or anything and it just seemed to come and go
without much of an impact. It just makes me wonder
how big it would be. Of course the Eagles reunion was
pretty big so the potential is there. What do you
think..would they play Sting solo tunes as well?
