Did anyone notice that the tour book is dedicated to Ian and Kim? Except they have the year of Kim's death wrong. It says 2006. I knew he died earlier than that, so I checked and he passed away in 2003.

I continue to believe that Ian's untimely death was the reason Sting decided to let bygones be bygones.
