For all you non-U.S.'ers, the "1st amendment" is the part of the U.S. Constitution that prohibits our government from restricting our speech under most conditions.  Notice that krapola's e-mail address ends in ".ca."  That means he's from Canada, where our constitution is more or less irrelevant. 

 

However, since marsbars444 seems to be from the U.S., nothing legally prevents him from being a total jerk in public where we all can see.
