The artwork looks the same, but the DTS disc is very clearly labeled as such: It has a black band across the top with "DTS Digital Surround" written in red and it also indicates that the disc requires a DTS decoder for playback. With the CD in your hand, there is no mistaking whether or not it is the DTS version. Hope that helps!
