I thought Central Park concerts were always free?  Not sure how they could do a fundraiser there. 

My guess is a smaller, more intimate venue, but that's a guess.

Maybe it will be a mega-concert in Central Park, the real final one, to raise money or something similar at the end of the tour in NYC.
