Hi Police Fans

 

I love  the special promo video for the original Stereo Version of The Bed's Too Big Without You, that was compiled from footage from the Around The world Video, which appears on the 1995 Police Video 'Outlandos To Synchronicities - A History Of The Police Live!' Also the special promo video for Every Breath You Take, which consists of footage from Stewarts Cine film Camera that he used to carry around with him.

Much more interesting than the standard Black & White Video (even though it was also available in yellow, red or blue tint for the Synchronicity colours!) its still not as good as the 1995 promo version, which i found facinating and funny to watch.. very nostailgic!

 

As for the Mono version, which was made for the tv show (and by coincidence, 'It's Alright For You' from the same show date is featured on the 1995 Police Video)  The Mono Promo was meant to be sexy (well Kenny Everett was very rude in those days....a 1980's version of Graham Norton but funnier! - God Bless Him!)

 

Photos of that video shoot (along with some even more rude photos!) appeared in that Police magazine 'An Intimate Dossier' back in 1980. Which i'm sure it was made for the teenage girl market who could drool over our lads!!!!
