Actually I'm guessing the scalpers have enough connections to have gotten tickets through the Best Buy thing. They can pay a BB Rewards member (who doesn't care about the Police in the first place) $50 instead of $100 and get first shot at seats.

The lightbulb just went on in my head (I'm reading this at 6AM -- getting my clock readjusted for UK time as we leave tomorrow for a lovely week abroad). These sets of 4 tickets on ebay are obviously being scalped by "fan club" members. My boyfriend was a little worried when he heard the cursing out of me about this situation.

I guess that this should be no surprise. There is also a set of 4 for the Toronto show going for $2600 Canadian (a small fortune). Seats are upper lower bowl by the stage. I personally hope that these tix do not sell. So, we are competing with scalpers even before the tour begins.

Jaded already. Grrrrrr!!!!!!
