covers is picture sleeve????

I know there are a lot of bootlegs out there that have CD covers, and I can find them a few at a time with google, but does anybody know if there is a website that has a pretty comprehensive listing of them? I have a lot of bootlegs in iTunes and want to add album covers, so if anybody has any ideas, i would appreciate it. Thanks!
