On the fan club message board people who have gone to the first couple shows have mentioned a T-Shirt ($32), long sleeved T-Shirt ($100), and hats (no prices mentioned).  That seems to be the going rate for concert merchandise right now.  Unfortunately, the cheaper ticket prices has not translated into cheaper tour merchandise!
