Anne-Jelmer- It is definitely the Strontium90 version. And the really cool thing about it is that it's the first recording that Sting ever made of the song. There's a blurb about it in the liner notes for the album, and it's mentioned that he got the song idea, went over to a friend's house, and recorded it in the attic or bedroom or something on a four track with just him, a guitar, and an old hand drum.
