[Police] still getting things twice

Even after unsubscribing (the re-subscribing) I am still getting most notes twice. How many people are experiencing the same thing? Please note, effective immediately, please change my e-mail address from "rossviner@home.com" to "rossviner@shaw.ca" Thanks.
