I had to return a single ticket to Ticketmaster for one of the Toronto shows – because I did it within 24 hours of the original purchase, I received a full refund.  After 24 hours, Ticketmaster refunds the value of the ticket (i.e. they hold on to the additional fees like the “convenience” charges).  I am not sure what happens if the tickets have already been mailed out or if they are in your possession already – I assume you would have to physically go to a Ticketmaster outlet to return them.  Also, I assume the return policy is the same as the US a it is in Canada, but I do not know that for sure.

Cheers,

Bruce

Why couldn't they have announced this a week ago?  Living in central IL it's the exact same distance from Chicago to St. Louis.  So what do we do?  Get 4 tickets for the St. Louis show.  Other than going to Bonnaroo with some friends, I can only afford this St. Louis show.  I would have much rather gone to Wrigley (in fact going to a Cubs game May 5th).  I swear it feels like they did this just to double dip the midwest.

They announced the other stadium shows a month ago.  Couldn't they get their crap together sooner?

BTW, anyone want 4 seats for St. Louis face value?  Can I sell them back to Ticketmaster?

Ross

They got famous because of a Wrigley's commercial

They're playing at Wrigley Field

Ok, gonna go dance about madly, perhaps like a madman running through the fields (for those in the know about Andy)
