You are absolutely right, Jason. See it less a "complaint" but rather phrasing surprise and frustration. I am sure that in a few days I will like the one or the other if the tracks... One on this list described the album as "unfinished", and I have the same impression. The tour could hold some surprising versions for us. Jer's description form the Paris show was a start (the show, not his description - thanks enormously for that!)

Most frustrating moment for me was today: my little 3 year old, whom I made listen to all Sting albums over the last months, usually at all songs of the albums said "louder" or "again". This morning, I made her listen to Sacred Love, and her comment to all songs was "skip" or "another song". What can I say?

Keep listening, Holger

Wow! - I'm seeing quite a lot of negative reviews on this album but something tells me that it will be huge, commercially.
I once heard, "Sting, like a fine wine, gets better and better with age", so give it time guys, I absolutely love it and have listened to it only 5 times.
The only track I think that doesn't "fit" into the overall sound is "This War", this has yet to grow on me.
But the other tracks I think are excellent, especially "Inside" and "Never Coming Home", it's the newer Sting to me.
Although TST is THE best album I have ever heard and I don't think he'll ever make one as good we'll have to be satisfied with what he has given us now.
Listen to it, get to like it , for gods sake's guys ....... it's STING!
We can complain all we like, its what he released and he isn't gonna change it!

Jason from Ireland.
