[Police] Thanks to Will, the online scrapbook is a go!

I hope everyone got the posting from Will about photobucket.com, and that the online scrapbook is a go! I have to tell you all, the excitement of this is contagious! We all have so much to look forward to, and how great is it that we are all reconnecting again, at least online!
